What’s the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)?

If you are a California resident, the processing of certain personal information about you may be subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and other applicable California state privacy laws. Beginning January 1, 2020, the CCPA gives you certain rights with respect to the processing of your personal information.

You may be aware that a new California law, called the California Consumer Privacy Act or "CCPA" gives certain rights to California residents in relation to their personal data. Accordingly, we have implemented additional transparency to help users take advantage of those rights. • Right to Know: You have the right to request access to the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you 
• Right to Delete: You have the right to request us to delete any personal information we have collected from you or maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.
