Birchbox Loyalty Points are redeemable towards purchases of full-size products in the Shop in any increment. You can redeem your Points during the checkout process. You may not use Points to purchase Subscription Plans.
You'll be able to apply your Birchbox Loyalty Points as a method of payment at checkout. Click the arrow to the right of “Payment Details and Loyalty Points” after you’ve indicated your shipping address and method. You’ll be able to apply your Points right above the field with your card info. Your new total will recalculate before you submit your order.
Currently, Birchbox Loyalty Points are not applicable towards Subscription Add-On / Ship with Box orders. You cannot redeem Points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash.
